If you no longer need your Personal Trainer subscription in Bridge, you can cancel your plan directly from your account settings. Cancelling is quick and easy, and you’ll still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Steps to Cancel Your Personal Trainer Subscription
Log in to your Bridge account on the web using a computer.
Click your name in the top-right corner of the home screen.
Select Settings > Account Settings.
Go to the Subscriptions & Billing tab.
Under your plan details, click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm your cancellation when prompted.
Bridge Tip: After cancelling, your account remains active until the end of your billing cycle. If you decide to return later, simply log back into Bridge to reactivate your subscription.
What Happens After You Cancel?
Once your subscription is cancelled:
You can continue using your account until the billing cycle ends.
Your account will not be charged again unless you reactivate.
You can easily restart your subscription at any time by logging in and updating your plan.
