Logging Nutrition on Mobile

The Bridge mobile app makes it easy to track your nutrition, whether you’re following a program from your coach or just logging meals on the go. With mobile nutrition, you can:

  • Log meals by entering protein, carbs, and fats

  • See calories automatically calculated

  • Track hydration

  • Upload photos or add comments

  • View progress against daily targets

To access nutrition, make sure you have version 3.18 or later downloaded.

Getting Started

Nutrition lives under the Apple icon in the bottom navigation of the Bridge app.

Logging Meals

You can access nutrition in two ways:

  • From the Nutrition tab (Apple icon in the bottom navigation)

  • From the Nutrition Program tile on your Home Page (if a program has been assigned by your coach)

Once in the Nutrition tab:

  • Tap Add a Meal.

  • Enter the amount of protein, carbs, and fats.

  • Calories are automatically calculated based on your entries.

  • Tap Apply to Meal to save it.

As you log meals throughout the day, the rings for protein, carbs, and fats will fill.

  • If your coach has assigned a program with targets, you’ll clearly see your progress toward the daily goals.

  • If no program is assigned, you can still log meals to track your nutrition on your own.

Tracking Hydration

  • Under the Hydration section, log the number of glasses of water you’ve consumed.

  • Your hydration history will also appear alongside your nutrition logs.

Details, Comments, and History

In the bottom section of the nutrition tab, you can add more context to your nutrition program by uploading photos, leaving comments, and tracking your history.

  • Photos: Share pictures of your meals to give your coach a clearer view of your nutrition.

  • Comments: Add notes on how you’re feeling, questions, or any extra details about your nutrition.

  • Toggle Views: Switch between Details, Comments, and History to easily navigate and review everything in one place.
