The Messages & Notes feature in BridgeAthletic gives coaches a centralized place to communicate with athletes, collaborate with other coaches, and keep track of important notes—all directly from the web platform.

Accessing Messages & Notes

On the web platform, you’ll find the Messages & Notes panel located on the right side of your team dashboard. This section provides quick access to communication tools while viewing athlete information, workout activity, or team reports.

Coaches Tab

The Coaches tab is designed for internal staff communication. Use this space to:

  • Share updates with your coaching staff

  • Coordinate training adjustments

  • Keep private staff-only notes

Athletes Tab

The Athletes tab is where you can send messages directly to athletes or broadcast notes to the entire team. From here, coaches can send direct messages to an individual athlete or post team-wide messages to provide performance feedback and reminders. Each message thread allows for comments, making it easy to maintain conversations within the platform. Coaches and athletes can respond to messages to keep communication organized and in one place.

Important Considerations:

  1. You can message an individual athlete or the whole team; sending to a custom group of athletes is not supported.

  2. Replies to team-wide messages are visible to all members assigned to that team.

My Notes Tab

The My Notes tab is your personal space to jot down reminders, athlete-specific observations, or session feedback that only you can see. These notes are not shared with athletes or other coaches, allowing you to keep track of important details privately.

The Messages & Notes feature ensures that coaches have the tools they need to engage athletes, stay organized, and collaborate effectively—directly from the BridgeAthletic web platform.
