If you need to cancel your training subscription, you can do this directly from your athlete account on the web. This process allows you to manage your subscriptions independently, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:
Log in to your account at www.bridgeathletic.com/login on your computer or mobile web browser
Click your name in the top right corner of the screen
Select Settings from the dropdown menu
Toggle to the Subscriptions & Billing tab and locate the subscription you want to cancel
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm your cancellation in the popup window
Bridge Tip: Subscription cancellation is only available through the website. You cannot cancel subscriptions through the Bridge mobile app.
What Happens After You Cancel
When you cancel your subscription, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and your subscription will automatically deactivate when your billing period ends.
