Troubleshooting Steps for the BridgeAthletic App

What to do when the app doesn't work.

Occasionally, technical hiccups can prevent workouts from loading or cause the app to behave unexpectedly. The good news is most issues can be fixed in just a few quick steps. Follow the tips below to get back on track:

  1. Update your app – We regularly release updates to improve performance. Check your mobile app store for the latest version.

  2. Sync your app – Swipe down on the homepage to refresh.

  3. Refresh the app – Close the app completely, then reopen it.

  4. Log out and log back in – This can also refresh your account data.

  5. Reinstall the app – Delete it from your device, then reinstall it from your mobile app store in case the initial download failed.

  6. Contact Support – If issues persist, email us at support@bridgeathletic.com.
