You can download your workout in prior to starting the session if you anticipate that you will not have an internet connection at the time or location of your workout.

While you can access wifi or cellular data, select the workout from your calendar or playlist program. This will open up the preview of your workout.

Choose your program and workout. Then, click on the downward arrow in the top right corner. The download will begin and take anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes to download. When complete, a message will pop up to notify you that the download was completed successfully.

You can now complete this workout without an internet connection. Any information that you enter, such as weight or reps, will be saved to your app and uploaded once connection has been restored.

You can only download a program to one device. If you are using multiple devices at a time for your training, then you will need to click on the downward arrow again to turn off offline mode.

Important: You can download multiple workout programs onto a single device, allowing you to access a variety of workouts offline on that device. However, each individual program can only be downloaded to one device at any given time. This means that if you download a specific program to one device, it won’t be available for offline access on any other devices unless you remove it from the first device and download it again on another.
