How to Resend Invitations to Athletes

Resending registration emails to athletes is simple, whether they missed the initial message or if you decided to delay sending it. Invitations can be resent in two places within the BridgeAthletic system: the Team Page or the Members Module.

Resending Invites from the Team Page

To do so, navigate to your team roster page. Click "see all" to expand your roster. Toggle from Team Report to Basic Information.

Click "resend" to send the invitation again to your athletes who may have missed it. You can click "invite" if you haven't sent the invitation email to your athletes yet.

A confirmation will appear indicating that the invitations have been sent.

Resending Invites from the Members Module

From the Homepage, scroll to the bottom to find the Members Module. You can view the Registration status as either Accepted or Resend, indicating that the user has not accepted the registration invite. Clicking Resend will send a new invitation to the user's email in the system.

Additionally, Admin users can send invites to all users in bulk by clicking Manage Members in the upper right corner of the Members Module.

Please note: The emails may be in your athletes' spam or junk folders, so please have them check there.
