Step-by-step instructions for exporting athlete attendance as a CSV

Exporting your athletes' attendance history on the BridgeAthletic platform is simple and straightforward. This guide walks you through the steps to access, filter, and export attendance records, ensuring you have the data you need in a convenient CSV format.

Follow these steps to generate a report:

  1. Navigate to the Team's Main Page: Log in to your BridgeAthletic account and select the desired team to access its main page.

  2. Access the Team Roster: On the team's main page, locate the Team Roster module and click 'See All' to view the complete list of athletes associated with the team.

  3. Initiate the Export: In the Team Roster view, click on the three vertical dots located at the top right corner of the page and select 'Export Attendance' from the dropdown menu.

  4. Select Date Range: A prompt will appear allowing you to choose your preferred date range for the attendance report. Specify the start and end dates to define the period you wish to analyze.

  5. Receive the Report: After confirming your selections, the platform will compile the attendance data and send the report directly to your registered email address as a CSV file.

  6. Download the CSV File: Open the email from BridgeAthletic and click on the provided link to download the CSV file. This file contains detailed information on athlete names, completed or started workouts, missed workouts, scheduled workouts, and total workouts within the specified date range.

This process enables you to efficiently monitor and analyze your athletes' attendance, facilitating better team management and performance tracking.
