How to Resend User Registration Emails

Steps for coaches to resend athlete registration emails

Sometimes members forget to accept their registration invitation promptly. This registration invite is sent to their email as soon as you add them to the team roster. If the athlete does not accept this registration invite, then they wont be able to create a password and log in to their BridgeTracker app.

You might need to send them a new registration link and here are the steps:

Step 1: Click into your team from the home page

Step 2:  Click "see all" at the bottom of the roster module

Step 3: On the top of the roster module click on "team report". On the drop down menu select "basic information"

Step 4: Click "resend". This will then send your athlete's a new registration email

Once you click "resend" a pop up will appear to confirm.

Please note: The emails may be in your athletes spam or junk box so please have them check there.
