Need a physical copy of your training program? You can print any program from your library in multiple formats. This guide will walk you through the printing process and customization options.

Bridge Tip: If the program has already been marked as completed, you must first clone it before printing the new copy.

Steps to Print Your Program

Follow these steps to generate a printable PDF of your program:

  1. Select the program you want to print from your library to open the Program Page

  2. Toggle to Assigned Members

  3. Select the 3 dots to expand the dropdown

  4. Click Print from the dropdown.

Choose Your Print Format

Select how you want your program displayed:

  • Week View: Shows workouts organized by week

  • Load Progression View: Displays progression across the program duration

Bridge Tip: If your program includes exercise notes, select Include Exercise Comments to add them to your printout.

Select Your Content

Choose which portions of your program to print:

  • Select specific phase(s) you want to include, or

  • Click Select All to print the entire program

Print Options for Assigned Programs

If you're printing a program that's already assigned to athletes, you'll see additional options:

  • Print for specific individuals: Creates personalized workout sheets for selected athletes

  • Print a generic workout: Generates a template without athlete names

After choosing your option, select the weeks you want to include.

Bridge Tip: Click Remember Selection to keep these athletes selected for future printing sessions of this program.

Download and Print

Once you've configured your preferences, a PDF will automatically download to your computer. You can then view and print the file from your device.
