Important Considerations:
If the program has already been marked as completed, you must first clone it before printing the new copy.
1. To print a program, select the program from the library. This will open what we call the Program Overview. Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click "Print" from the dropdown.
3. You can choose to print the workouts in Week View or Load Progression View. If you have any notes attached to any exercises, then please be sure to select "include Exercise Comments"
4. Select the phase(s) you would like printed or click "select all" to print the entire program.
5. If you are printing an assigned program then you also have the option to print a program specifically for individuals or you can choose to "print a generic workout". Then, select the weeks.
6. You can click "remember selection" if you would like these athletes to stay selected next time you decide to print this program.
7. A PDF of the workouts will automatically download to your computer for you to view and print.
