How to Change an Athlete’s Email Address

Coaches can easily update an athlete’s email when they haven’t yet registered. This article shows you how and highlights how registered athletes can update their own email.

Two Common Use Cases (Jump Ahead)


For Unregistered Athlete (Coach or Admin Only)

  1. Navigate to the Roster and switch to Basic Information view.

  2. Hover over the athlete whose email you want to update.

  3. Click Edit Info.

  4. In the Email field, enter the new email address.

  5. Click the green checkmark to save.

  6. The updated email now appears in the roster.

Bridge Tip: The Basic Information view can be used for quick edits to essential athlete details.


For Registered Athletes

If the athlete has already accepted their invitation and registered with BridgeAthletic, they can change their own email:

  • Athlete logs in on a computer (web browser).

  • They navigate to their Account Settings.

  • From there, they update their email address in the Contact Information section.
