The Apply All feature allows athletes to efficiently input the same results across multiple sets during a workout session. This is particularly useful when adjustments are made to prescribed weights or repetitions, ensuring accurate tracking and communication with your coach.
How to Use Apply All
Complete a Set: After finishing a set, enter the actual weight lifted and the number of reps performed.

Apply All: Tap on the "Apply All" option at the top left of the keyboard to apply these changes to all sets in the block.
