The first step to get started on the BridgeTracker tablet app is to accept your registration invitation and download the BridgeTracker app. If you have not yet done this, follow the steps here.
Now that you have activated your account and have the BridgeTracker app downloaded you're ready to complete your workouts!
Login to the BridgeTracker app with your email and password you created when accepting the registration invite. You can also login using Google or Apple.
The app will open to your home page. Your program is listed below the calendar. In the example below, the program is called "Alcatraz- Summer 2020".
If your coach/trainer has not yet assigned your program you will see the message, "Currently, you do not have any active programs. You will be notified when your program is ready". This is not an error, it just means your program has not been assigned to your profile yet.
Starting a workout:
1. Click on today's date on the calendar and then select the program located below the calendar. If you are assigned a playlist program, the workouts included in the program will open in a list format. Select which workout to complete.
2. A preview of our workout will open. Here you can review each set and take a look at the equipment needed for your workout. When you're ready to begin your workout click "Start".
3. Your program will open to your daily performance log.
4. Now, you can begin to complete your workout. Make sure to check off each exercise. You can do this by clicking on the checkmark on each exercise or by clicking on the checkmark at the top of each block.
If you do not do this, your exercise data will not be saved/tracked.
Once you check off each exercise in a block, the next block will automatically load.
5. If you click into an exercise you can do the following:
View past exercise history
Watch the exercise video
View exercise cues
Leave a comment
Share a video or photo
Access the timer or stopwatch
Check off the exercises one-by-one
To view exercise cues, click on the "Cues" button below the image/video
To leave a comment, click on the plus icon on the left bottom corner. Then select the type of comment to leave - a post, video or photo. Your coach/trainer can review this comment and respond directly back.
6. At the end of your workout you will be prompted with a post workout form.
7. When you submit the post workout log an analysis of your workout will pop up. Tap on the "x" in the right hand corner of the screen to close out.
8. Your calendar will have a green checkmark on today's date indicating that you completed your workout for today.
How to send a message to your coach:
Click on the message icon at the bottom of your screen to access the team stream. You can comment on an old thread or start a new conversation with your coach by clicking on the "+" in the top right corner
