If your coach added you to their roster, then you probably received an email from BridgeAthletic to get started on the registration process. Here, you will create a password and fill out basic information to activate your training.
If you haven't done this step yet then you will not be able to log in to the app. Here's some more information in case you get stuck!
At the end of the registration process you will be prompted to enter in your (10-digit) phone number to have a link texted to you.
Note: This is the only use of your phone number. You will not receive any other text message or marketing from BridgeAthletic.

You can also download the app for free by going to the App Store for iPhones or Google Play for Androids. Simply just type in BridgeTracker in the search bar.
BridgeTracker for Tablet Use
You can also download the BridgeTracker App on your iPad or Tablet as long as it is compatible with the software. If you are unable to download the app to any of your devices, then please check that your device is up to date with the latest version of the app.
