How to reset your password using the "forgot password?" button:
To quickly reset your password yourself, please choose the "forgot password" option on the login screen, you can do so on the web or on your iOS and Android device. See images below.
You will be prompted to enter in the email that you have set up with BridgeAthletic. This is how the email to reset your password will be sent. Please be sure that you are entering in the email that is associated with your account. If you are unsure, it's best to reach out to your coach and they can look up that information for you.
Next, you will go to your email to locate the password reset link.
If you are still not receiving this email, please check your spam or junk folder. This will sometimes get filtered in to those folders because the email contains a link.
When to reach out to BridgeSupport for help resetting password:
If you are not able to find the email to reset your password in the junk or spam folder, please reach out to BridgeSupport support@bridgeathletic.com and someone from the support team would be happy to assist you.
Some important things to note:
You may not be able to reset your password using the "forgot my log in" function if you are using a school email, corporate email, military email, or have signed in using Google or Apple. If this is the case, please reach out to the Support Team and let them know you've tried to reset your password already.
You might still need to accept the registration invite from your coach. If this is your first time logging in to the app then there is a chance that you haven't yet created a password to log in with BridgeAthletic yet.
