How to Reactivate an Athlete

Steps for coaches to reactivate an athlete who was deactivated from their organization

You can easily add athletes back to your organization if you deactivated them in the past. Their exercise history and past training will be saved to their calendar.

Follow these steps to reactivate them before adding them to a team.

First, you will need to open your Members Module from the main page.

Then, you will select Deactivated to open a list of athletes no longer active within your organization.

Hover over the member that you would like reactivated and click "reactivate"

A pop-up will appear to confirm that you would like to add the athlete back.

Reactivating a member does not automatically add them to their previously assigned team. You will need to add them to the team from the Members Module. Hover over the athlete and click "Edit Teams"

Next, a drop down box will appear to select one or multiple teams you'd like to add them to.

They are good to go! Don't forget to assign their training once they are added back to the team!
