How to Reset a Workout

If a workout is accidentally completed it can easily be reset on both the mobile app and tablet app. This can be done for workouts that have been completed and workouts that have been started but not yet finished. Resetting a workout will remove all data entered and the workout will be as if it was never started.

Athletes can do this on their end from the Mobile app. Here are the steps:

  1. Select the date on the calendar with the workout you would like to reset

  2. The workout will appear below the calendar

  3. Click on the workout

  4. In the top right corner click on the three dots

  5. select reset on the drop-down menu

Coaches can reset workouts for athletes' on the tablet app directly from the athlete's profile.

Here are the steps:

  1. Open the athlete's profile

  2. Select the workout on their calendar

  3. Click Reset at the bottom of the workout
