Add the athlete to the new team so they are assigned to two teams at the same time

Navigate to their profile with the active program still assigned

Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the calendar

Select "move program to another team"

Select the new team that the athlete was added to

The program will switch over to this new team and you can then remove the athlete from the original team
