Follow these steps to download your workouts as a PDF.
You might find this helpful if you are expecting to lose Wifi connectivity or will be without mobile service. Just be sure to update your BridgeTracker mobile app when you are connected again so your coach can track your workouts and progress.
First, you will need to log in on the web.
From your homepage, click "print workout" in the right hand corner just below your name.
Print from your Calendar Program
If your program is assigned as a calendar, then you can select the weeks of your calendar that you would like printed.
Print from your Playlist Program
If your program is assigned as a playlist, then you will have to download the workouts by phase.
