How to Print Your Workouts

You can download your workouts as a PDF to access them offline. This is helpful if you expect to lose WiFi or mobile service. Just be sure to update your BridgeAthletic app once you’re reconnected so your coach can continue tracking your workouts and progress.

Print Your Workouts from the Web

  1. Log in

  2. From your homepage, click Print Workout in the top-right corner, just below your name.

Important Consideration: Don't forget to make sure that the program you would like to print is selected on your calendar. You may need to select the drop-down menu to choose a program if you are assigned to multiple. See below for an example.


Print from a Calendar Program

If your program is assigned as a calendar, you can:

  1. Click Print Workout for your selected Calendar Program.

  2. Select the weeks you would like to print.


  3. Click Print Workout to generate the PDF.

  4. Review and confirm that you would like to print the selected weeks


Print from a Playlist Program

If your program is assigned as a playlist, you will:

  1. Click Print Workout for your Playlist Program.

  2. Select the phases you want to download.


  3. Click Print Workout to create the PDF.
