How to Manage Your Analytics Report Limit

A walkthrough of what to do when you have reached your reports limit

The number of reports you can save depends on your selected package, which determines your storage limit. If you have reached the maximum number of saved reports allowed by your package, you will need to delete an existing report to free up space before creating a new one.

Note: Deleting a saved report does not remove any data, and you can recreate the report in the future.

The number of reports you can save based on your package:

  • Personal Trainer Standard: No Analytics Module

  • Personal Trainer Professional: 1 Reports Saved

  • Personal Trainer Business: 3 Reports Saved


To delete a report:

1. Click on the three dots on the far right of the report

2. Select “Delete”

3. Confirm you would like to delete the report

Now that you've freed up some space, you're ready to create a new report!
