A walkthrough of what to do when you have reached your reports limit

Based on your package you will be able to save a limited number of reports. If you have reached your limit you will need to delete a report in order to create a new report.

If you reach your report limit you have a few options. You can upgrade your package to gain access to more report saves or delete saved reports. Note: If you delete saved reports, no data is being deleted and you can create the report again in the future.

To delete a report:

1. Click on the three dots on the far right of the report

2. Select “Delete”

3. Confirm you would like to delete the report

Now, you're ready to create a new report!

The number of reports you can save base on your package:

  • Personal Trainer Standard: 1 Report Saved

  • Personal Trainer Professional: 5 Reports Saved

  • Personal Trainer Business: 15 Reports Saved
