The Member Management dashboard provides you with a centralized tool to efficiently manage client access and program assignments. You can monitor program and subscription status, perform bulk actions like assigning training or deactivating users, and keep all your clients organized in one location.

This article covers:

How to Access Member Management

The Member Management dashboard is located within your Business Hub. To access this dashboard, you must have Stripe Connect enabled for your account. The Business Hub specifically supports Stripe Express accounts.

Bridge Tip: All members in your organization will appear in this dashboard, not just clients from the Business Hub, making it easier to manage programs and active subscriptions.

Key Features Overview

The Member Management dashboard centralizes all client management tasks in one hub. You can use the filters in the left panel to streamline your management processes and focus on specific client groups or statuses.

Managing Client Programs

Program Assignment and Tracking

The dashboard displays comprehensive program information, allowing you to track which clients have active training assignments and when their programs are scheduled to end.

Program Status:

  • Playlist programs: Status shows as "started" since there's no set end date

  • Calendar programs: Both start date and end date will appear

You can easily see all clients with active programs and view end dates for calendar-assigned programs. To access this information:

  1. Navigate to the Member Management dashboard

  2. Hover over the program name for each athlete to see detailed information

Subscription Management

Monitor Client Subscription Status

You can quickly check each client's subscription status. The dashboard shows if a subscription is:

  • Active: Client has full access to assigned programs

  • Trialing: Client is in a trial period

  • Ending Soon: Subscription will expire shortly

  • Canceled: Subscription has been terminated

  • No Subscription: Client has no active subscription associated with their account

This visibility helps you proactively manage client access to purchased programs and address any subscription issues before they impact training.

Bulk Actions

Bulk Remove Function

You can efficiently remove multiple clients and complete programs simultaneously:

  1. Select the athletes using the checkboxes on the left side of each row

  2. Click the bulk actions option that appears in the top right corner

  3. Choose your desired action from the dropdown menu

Bridge Tip: These same actions can be performed on individual clients by clicking the three dots on the far right of each client row.

Individual Client Management

For single client actions, use the individual management options available through the three-dot menu next to each client's name. This provides the same functionality as bulk actions but for specific clients.

Important: Individuals who purchase products will be counted toward the allotted athlete seats.
