Sometimes athletes complete workouts and forget or miss some sets leaving them blank. If this happens, there's no need to restart the workout or have them go back to make updates. Coaches can enter this data directly on the web instead!

  1. To get started, navigate to the athlete's profile on the web

Please note, if they are on multiple teams make sure to navigate to their profile on the correct team.

2. Click on the completed workout (the green checkmark) on their calendar

3. Hover over the set you want to update. A pencil will appear, click on this to edit

4. Once you click on this, a box will appear to enter the exercise data

5. Once the number is entered, click on the check mark to save

5. This data is now saved to the athlete's profile and will appear in the exercise history the next time they perform this exercise.
