Tracking your team’s attendance and engagement is the secret to building accountability and unlocking peak performance. With the Attendance and Engagement Report on BridgeAthletic, you gain a game-changing tool to monitor participation, uncover trends, and make smart, data-driven decisions that empower your athletes to thrive.

Let’s break it down!


Here are some of the items that are tracked in this report for a given time frame:

  1. Total Workouts Completed

  2. Training Hours

  3. Forms Submitted

  4. Active Users

  5. Phases Assigned (total & by coach)

  6. Messages


How to Create the Report

You can access this report from two places:

  1. The Analytics Module on the home screen

  2. A Team Page

When you launch the new report:

  • The report name will autofill (you can edit it).

  • The report will load blank so you can set your filters.

Select Groups to View

  • Groups can be individual athletes, a single team, or multiple teams.

  • If you create the report from a team page, that team will automatically be selected.

  • If you create the report from the report module, the report will initially load blank.

  • Example: Here we have 3 different teams selected as separate groups.

Adjust Timeframe

  • By default, the timeframe is set to 1 week.

  • You can adjust this to fit your needs (weeks, months, or custom date ranges).

Generate Your Report

Once your groups and timeframe are set, click Generate Report and your data will load.

Tip: Use the combination of Phases Assigned by Coach, Workouts Completed, and Active Users to get the clearest picture of both coach engagement and athlete follow-through.
