Workout checkmarks are a great way to keep track of your completed sets and exercise blocks throughout your workout. However, if you wish to turn them off, follow these steps:
How to turn on/off workout checkmarks:
Navigate to the 3 dots on the top right corner of your screen in weight room mode.
Toggle Workout Checkmarks off.
You will no longer see workout checkmarks displayed on your workout.
*Note that if workout checkmarks are toggled ON-any unchecked sets and blocks will appear as skipped, even if weights were entered:
