When to use Scroll Lock
Multi-athlete view: When you’re displaying multiple workouts side by side (e.g., during group training or split-screen weight room sessions), Scroll Lock ensures consistency:
Off: Scroll each athlete’s workout independently.
On: Scrolling one workout scrolls all displayed workouts at the same time.
How to turn Scroll Lock On / Off
From the tablet app, open a Weight Room or multi-athlete workout session.
Locate the Scroll Lock toggle—typically found at the top of the screen.
Tap the toggle to switch it:
On → All athlete screens will scroll together.
Off → Each screen scrolls separately.
Scroll to test the effect:
With lock enabled, all workout views should move in sync.
Tip: The layout or position of each workout when enabling Scroll Lock is how they’ll remain synced. Rearrange first if needed!
Troubleshooting & Support
Using “Workout on the Fly”? Scroll Lock works only in tablet mode, not web or mobile.
