Note: Workout on the Fly is only available on tablets.

Workouts on the fly will populate in their own program which can be found in your athlete's profile by following these steps:

From the Tablet:

  1. Navigate to your athlete's profile

  2. Tap on the program name to see a drop down of the athlete's active program

  3. Tap "Workout on the Fly"

  4. The workout will save to the date it was completed.

From the Web:

  1. Navigate to your athlete's profile

  2. Click on their program name above the calendar to see a dropdown menu

  3. Tap "Workouts on the Fly"

  4. Click on the date the workout was completed to review the workout.
