Workout on the Fly is designed for our users to create an independent workout for one or multiple athletes at a time.

Strength Coaches: If you find yourself occasionally reverting to that whiteboard workout to write a quick on the fly workout that you didn't have to time to program and assign, this feature will allow you to instead log that workout like you do with your regular programs. Or perhaps you only want your athletes to track one exercise that day and log their max weight. This feature allows for it.

Personal Trainers: Have you ever had a great workout designed and when your client arrives for your training session they tell you their elbow is hurting them and you have to scratch your entire plan? Or when you have a barbell workout planned but all of the squat racks are being used and you need to rewrite your entire workout on the fly? This feature will allow you to design a workout as your client moves through it.

Collegiate/Professional Sports Teams: Tracking your team's training while they are in season can be difficult. Navigating games, practices, and injuries, can make following a program challenging. However, it is still important to track your athlete's lifts when they are able to make it in for a session. Log these one-off sessions with Workout on the Fly and stay on top of your athletes progress both in and out of the season.
