Level up your product pages by including videos, images, and gifs!

Product pages are the place to highlight all the great benefits your program has to offer. Now, you can improve how you educate clients about your program, how it will be delivered and more about your business using media.

In this article, we will go through the different types of media that can be uploaded and any limitations to be aware of as you're creating your page.

Table of contents:

Videos:

Videos can be embedded to play within the page. Youtube, Vimeo, and Instagram links are accepted.

Please note: Instagram links will only show as embedded when previewing or looking at the live page. They will not appear while editing in the builder.

To embed a video:

  1. Select the video icon in the top navigation and paste a link

2. The video will then appear on the page

Images and Gifs:

Images and gifs can be uploaded from your computer into the builder. The files accepted are jpeg, png, and gif files.

Please note: WEBp and AVIF files and uploading links are not supported.

To upload an image or gif:

  1. Select the upload icon in the navigation to choose a file from your computer or drag the file on to the page

2. The image or gif will upload to the page

3. This content can appear full-size or condensed to a smaller image by selecting one of the size options when the image/gif is highlighted

4. Captions can be added below the image as well

Bridge Media & Best Practices:

At the top of each product page, you can access the Bridge Media kits that feature a downloadable link with product images and gifs. We also link to our Bridge app video that teaches clients how to use the Bridge app in 7 simple steps.

Best Practices:

When promoting your program it is important to not just tell users about the program but to highlight what separates you. It helps users understand what they are getting when you can showcase bits of the program, videos you've created of exercises, etc.

For example, if there is a block in the program you're excited about add a screenshot to give a sample of the work they are getting.

Overall, it is important to attract users by creating an easy-to-read page and then establishing trust by showcasing your expertise. If you feel stuck, take a look at our Template Product Pages to get started.
