An athlete profile has a lot of great information that you'll want to make sure you're reviewing. In this article, we will break down the different sections on the athlete profile so you can easily find what you're looking for.
Review Training:
The athlete's profile hosts their program calendar. If an athlete has multiple programs assigned you can toggle between the programs on the calendar and even view past programs as well.
On their calendar, you can at a glance see which days they have completed training. This is indicated with a checkmark.
If you select a completed workout, you can review the training and see if they increased or decreased what was prescribed.
In this example, the athlete completed 15 reps instead of the prescribed 10.
Attendance Tracking:
At the top of the page, view the athlete's attendance. This can be adjusted to view attendance for a specific time period as well. By default, it will show the phase the athlete is currently on.
Activity Report:
If you prescribe any tracked or required sets they will show up in the Activity Report. This is useful if there are specific sets you want to track and view quickly without clicking into their workout.
Forms:
If you have the performance log and post-workout form turned on these results will all be stored under the forms tab. This data is aggregated so you can view trends in an athlete's readiness across a period of time. To view the results, click on the form. It will automatically update the date to the last time the form was completed.
The athlete page has lots of great information and actions that can be completed. In addition to these main sections, you can enter and view test results, manually fill out forms, and assign training.
