Coaches can cancel active subscriptions for their clients directly from the Business Hub. This gives you control over subscription management and allows you to handle cancellation requests efficiently.

Subscription Management
To manage and cancel subscriptions:
Navigate to the Business Hub from your main dashboard
Click on Members in the left sidebar
Select the member whose subscription you want to cancel
Click on the Subscriptions tab to view all active subscriptions for that member
Canceling a Subscription
Once you've located the subscription:
Find the subscription you want to cancel in the list
Click the Cancel Subscription button next to the subscription
Confirm the cancellation when prompted
Bridge Tip: Canceling a subscription stops future billing immediately. The member will retain access to their training until the end of their current billing period.
What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel a subscription:
The member's access continues through the end of their paid period
No future charges will be processed
The subscription status updates to "Canceled" in your Business Hub
The member receives an email notification about the cancellation
You can view all canceled subscriptions in the Members section by filtering subscription status.
Bridge Tip: If a member wants to resume their subscription, they'll need to purchase a new subscription through your storefront. Previous subscription history will remain visible in their member profile.
