Easily learn which product pages are doing well and which may need a little work. This is great information to view to make data-driven decisions about how you name products, what your audience is interested in, what content does well on a page, and how your marketing efforts can change.

In your Payment & Store Dashboard, there are a variety of stats that can be viewed for each product page. To view this navigate to "My Products".

Let's dive into all the data available to you!

When you click on "My Products" you will by default be shown the "Overview" page.

On the overview page, the data you can see is:

  • Number of visits

  • Total purchases

These are helpful to understand a few things.

  1. If your page has a high number of visits but only a few purchases it may be worth updating the page description or adjusting the price.

  2. If one product has a lot more purchases than another this could be an indicator of what your audience is interested in or can shed some information based on how you're promoting these different products.

To dig in a bit further toggle to "Stats View" to view more granular data.

On the stats view, the data you can see is:

  • Conversion Rate (ratio between product views and purchases)

  • Month to date Volume (total volume for only the current month)

  • 30 Day Volume (total volume for last 30 days, which could combine multiple months)

  • Gross Volume (total volume since published)

This information is helpful to build upon what was viewed in the overview tab.

Conversion rate is a key metric to keep in mind and one to watch as you make changes to your pages. As mentioned before, it can be insightful to compare this metric between pages to see what may be working better than others.

It's also important to note that sometimes it is best to wait a bit before making changes. For example, when looking at volume if it is still the first week of the month the "month-to-date volume" will likely be low. It's best to look at this metric towards the end of the month or use it to gauge how you are doing so far in that month.

We hope that these additional metrics power growth and help you with managing your business. If you have any questions please reach out to us at support@bridgeathletic.com
