Athletes can mark workouts as complete from the web if they do not have access to the BridgeAthletic app. Athletes will be able to enter data for their workout so they can get credit and track their exercise history.

How to complete training on the web:

When an athlete logs in on the web they will be shown only their profile. This is the page that will immediately open.

From their calendar, they can then select their workout. Based on the program assignment how they access their workout will slightly differ.

For playlist programs: Select "view workout" in the top right corner of the calendar

Note: Athletes can only complete workouts for today's date

Next, select a workout from the list.

For calendar programs: Select the workout on the day.

Note: Athletes can select any assigned workouts

For Calendar & Playlist:

Select "Start Workout"

Select "Yes" on this pop-up. This marks the workout as complete and is the first step to making any prescription adjustments.

The workout will appear as completed on the calendar with a green checkmark.

If an athlete is inputting workout data, they will need to complete this step first and reselect the workout to edit the sets.

Entering Workout Data:

If an athlete needs to update prescription in their workout this can only be done once the workout has been started and marked as complete.

To do this, they will click on the completed workout. They can hover over any value and enter the new value.

All sets can be adjusted including required sets. This data will sync to the athlete's profile and show as exercise history.

Completing workouts on the web is a great use of the Bridge platform to ensure that athletes can access their training and track attendance.
