As an athlete, you can mark your workouts as complete and enter training data directly from the web when you don't have access to the BridgeAthletic mobile app. This allows you to get credit for your training and maintain accurate exercise history.

Bridge Tip: You must mark a workout as complete before you can enter or edit any workout data.

When you log in on the web, you'll land on your profile page. From here, navigate to your calendar to access assigned workouts. How you access your workout and mark it as complete depends on your program type:

For Playlist Programs

  1. Click View Workout in the top right corner of the calendar

  2. Select a workout from the list

  3. Click Mark as Completed

  4. Click Yes on the confirmation pop-up

For Calendar Programs

  1. Click the workout on the specific day you want to complete

  2. Click Mark as Completed

  3. Click Yes on the confirmation pop-up

If you would like more information about navigating the athlete web experience, you can visit our Athlete Web Experience guide.

Entering Workout Data

After marking your workout complete, you can update prescription values and enter your actual performance data.

  1. Click on the completed workout in your calendar

  2. Hover over any value you want to update, click the edit pencil icon

  3. Enter the new value

  4. Click the Checkmark to save changes
