If an athlete misses a set during a workout or you need to input data on their behalf, you can easily make updates using the web platform. Before editing sets, the workout must be marked as complete. This can be done either through the web (as shown in this article) or by completing the workout on the phone or tablet app.

To update sets, navigate to the athlete's calendar and select the completed workout.

Missed Sets:

Missed sets will appear in light grey italics. These can be updated so the athlete gets credit for them.

To do this, hover over any prescription and select the pencil icon.

If you don't need to make any adjustments to the prescription, you can simply click the checkmark. If you do, enter in the new value.

The set will appear in black now that it is checked off and will be counted for the athlete in their workout.

Required Sets:

If a required set is in a workout and was missed or the workout is being filled out from the web the required data will need to be entered for it to appear in the Activity Report.

To do this, hover over the required prescription and enter in the value. After, click the checkmark and the data will save.
