Are you having trouble communicating with your coach or trainer?

To connect with your coach you can use our in-app messaging system! To access Messages, click on the message icon on the right side of your bottom navigation. Then, click on the icon in the bottom right to start a new conversation. You will be able to send a direct message to your trainer.

Please note that these messages will only appear to your coach and any additional coaches assigned to your team. You will not be able to send direct messages to teammates.
