FAQs
Is casting available on web, tablet, and phone?
Yes. The Share/Cast feature generates a link that can be opened in any web browser and works across all screen sizes.
On web, do I need a dedicated computer just for casting?
No. Once the workout tab is cast, you can use your computer for other tasks. Turn on Autoplay to have the workout advance through pages automatically.
On tablet, do I need a dedicated device just for casting?
Yes. Tablet casting uses screen mirroring (via AirPlay or the Google Home app), which mirrors your entire screen. You won't be able to use the tablet for other tasks while casting is active.
Will my device go to sleep while casting?
This usually doesn't happen. If it does, adjust your device's sleep settings to Never or a longer duration while casting.
