FAQ:
1) is this capability available via web, tablet and phone?
Yes! Since this feature generates a link, the link can be opened on all web browsers and is compatible with all screen sizes.
2) On web, once a user casts their workout, do they need a dedicated PC or Mac to mirror onto a screen?
No, once the tab is cast, the coach can use their PC or Mac for any other tasks, and simply drag their mouse over to the casted screen on TV to interact with it or turn autoplay on, and then it will move through the pages on its own!
3) On tablet, once a user casts their workout, do they need a dedicated PC or Mac to mirror onto a screen?
On tablet, unfortunately, the only option is screen mirroring (for both airplay and the Google Home app casting). So you won't be able to use your tablet while casting as the whole screen will be mirrored identically.
4) Will devices go to sleep while casting?
This typically does not happen. However, if that happens, you can adjust the sleep settings to never/ a long duration while casting.
