The Workout Compliance Report is a powerful tool designed to help coaches gain a deeper understanding of athlete participation in their training programs. Use this report to track completed workouts at the program, phase, or individual workout level, and make data-driven decisions to strengthen your coaching approach.

Building the Report

To get started, select the team or individual athletes you want to review.

Next, use the filters at the top of the report to narrow your results by program, phase, and workout.

Reading the Charts

The Workout Compliance Report includes two charts that together give you a full picture of athlete participation.

Chart 1: Completed Workouts Breakdown

The first chart displays completed workouts based on your selected grouping β€” by individual workout, phase, or program. A count of completed workouts appears to the right of the chart.

You can toggle the grouping to view your data in three ways:

  • By individual workout: see completion counts for each specific session

  • By phase: view compliance across a training phase

  • By program: see overall completion across an entire program

Bridge Tip: Only the top 20 completed workouts display in this chart. To view a different workout, adjust the filters at the top of the report.

Chart 2: Workout Attendance by Date

The second chart graphs workout attendance over time, letting you spot trends in participation and identify periods of high or low engagement.
