When an athlete purchases a product from your Business Hub, they automatically receive a confirmation email. You can personalize this email for each product to include relevant information about the training program, welcome messages, or important details about your organization.
How to Customize Your Product Email
Navigate to your Business Hub and select the product you want to customize. On the product page, you'll find options to personalize both the email content under the Automatic Workflows tab.
Edit Email Text
Click Edit Email Content to modify the subject line and body of the email. The email automatically addresses the athlete by their first name, creating a personalized experience from the start.
Use this space to welcome new members, explain what happens next, or provide important information about accessing their training program.
Add Attachments
You can include up to 3 attachments in your product confirmation email. Acceptable file types include PDF, GIF, PNG, video files, and more. Attachments appear at the bottom of the email for easy access.
Bridge Tip: Attachments are a powerful way to bundle additional content with your product or share important documents with new members. Consider including nutrition guides, welcome packets, getting started videos, training calendars, or organizational information.
Email Variations for Different Users
The confirmation email automatically adjusts based on whether the athlete is new to Bridge or already has an account:
New Users: The email includes an invitation to set up their Bridge account and instructions for app login.
Existing Users: The email confirms the purchase without the account setup invitation, since their account is already active.
