When an athlete makes a purchase from your Online Store, they receive a confirmation email. You can personalize this email for each product page to include relevant information about the training program or your organization. You can even add attachments!
Here’s how to customize your email:

Where to do this:
On each product page, you’ll find the option to customize the email text and add attachments.
2. Email Text:
Click on “Customize Email Text” to edit the subject and body of the email. The email will automatically address the athlete by their first name.
3. Attachments:
You can include up to 3 attachments in your email. Acceptable file types include PDF, GIF, PNG, video files, etc. Attachments will appear at the bottom of the email, not embedded. This is a great spot for adding organizational info, getting started videos, nutrition plans, and more.
New Users vs. Existing Users:
New Users: The email will include an invitation to set up their account for app login.
Existing Users: The email won’t include the invitation, their account is already set up!
