Assigning forms in Bridge allows athletes to easily fill out information even if you're not together in person. Once assigned, the form will appear on the athlete's home screen in their phone app so it can be completed from anywhere.
What Forms Can Be Assigned:
General Forms: Any template form can be assigned
Daily Logs: These forms must be assigned to the entire team
Who Can Be Assigned:
General Forms: Coaches can select specific athletes to assign the form to. For example, you can assign the Training History and Preferences (Client Intake) form to new athletes before their first training session.
Daily Logs: These must be assigned to all athletes on the team.
How to Assign Forms:
Navigate to the Form Module: Access this from your home page.
2. Select the Form: Choose the form from the assessment module.
3. Review the Form: Click into the form to review its questions and ensure it is the correct one for assignment.
4. Assign the Form: For general forms, select the specific athletes you want to assign the form to. Athletes with push notifications enabled will receive an alert when the form is assigned.
Select Members:
Assign your form:
The form will now update to assigned and list the athletes who have it assigned.
Athlete View:
The assigned form will appear on the athlete's home screen in their app.
Reviewing Form Results:
After completion, the athlete’s status will change from "assigned" to "completed" in the form view. You can review the results by selecting the athlete's name or accessing the form assessment from the team/athlete page.
Reassigning Forms:
To have the athlete complete the form again, click "Reassign." The form will reappear on their home screen.
