How to Add a Waiver to Your Product
To add a waiver to your product:
Prepare your waiver as a PDF file
Navigate to your Business Hub
Open the product page you want to edit
Click Add Waiver in the Automated Workflows section
βClick Upload and select your PDF file
Save your changes. Your waiver is now attached to the product page and will appear during the checkout process.
How Athletes Interact with Waivers
When athletes purchase or join your product, they will encounter the waiver during checkout:
The waiver appears as a linked document athletes can review
Athletes must check a consent box to indicate their agreement
They cannot complete the purchase without consenting to the waiver
This process ensures athletes acknowledge your terms before gaining access to your training program.
Confirming Waiver Completion
After an athlete completes their purchase and consents to the waiver:
The purchase confirmation email includes a section showing the waiver has been signed
