Workout replies allow you to interact with your athletes and create engagement around their completed workouts. Congratulate them for finishing, share tips on recovery, or give them notes to keep in mind for next time.

Where to send replies:

Completed workouts are displayed in the below locations where you can directly comment on the workout. Once a message is sent, the thread will also appear in the message feed to easily keep the convo going.

  • Activity Report on the Web: Select the message icon in the Activity Report next to the completed workout to reply. When the message icon is grey, this indicates there is a message.

  • Workouts Feed on Mobile: Engage with your athletes directly from the mobile app by replying to workouts in the feed. Select the message icon to reply. A number tally will appear with the number of messages in the thread.

What to Include in Your Replies

Just like other messages on Bridge, workout replies can be enhanced with various media types, including:

  • PDFs: Share additional resources or documents.

  • Videos: Provide visual feedback or instructional content.

  • Audio Notes: Leave voice messages for a personal touch.

  • Images: Send images related to workouts or training tips.

Using workout replies is an effective way to engage with your athletes and provide meaningful feedback on their workouts. By leveraging this feature, you can enhance communication, share valuable resources, and strengthen your coaching relationship. Start using workout replies today to keep your athletes motivated and connected!
