Teachers with admin access can look up parent and approved pickup codes in the web portal in the Parents tab.

For a parent code, click on Parents and then the Reveal button next to a parent. You can also quickly view all parent codes at once by clicking Reveal All at the top of the Parents page.

For an approved pickup code, click on Family & Approved Pickups from this same page, and then the Reveal button next to the listed pickup contact.

Do parents need to download or use the app to be given a 4 digit pin code?
No. A parent does not have to download or use the app to be given a 4 digit pin, but they must have an email or phone number entered under their child's profile. By clicking "Reveal" the admin always has access to the parent's code in case they forget.
