The Check-in feature tracks attendance by documenting the time a child was dropped off and picked up at school. This feature can be used with or without check-in codes (electronic signatures) and drop-off forms.

Check-in must be done on the teacher / school device.

There are two ways to set up check-in at your school:

  1. Check-in Kiosk
  • Set up a tablet in the lobby or at the front desk of the school.
  • On the check-in screen tap the lock in the upper right to lock the screen. This will prevent parents from accessing the rest of the app.
  • As parents drop-off and pick-up their children they will stop at the tablet and check their child in and out.

In Room Check-in (clipboard replacement)

  • Have parents check their child in and out from the teacher's device inside the classroom.
