Meal Reporting is a great reporting option that can be leveraged to collect necessary data when needing to ensure that your school or center is in compliance with the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) federal program that provides reimbursement for healthful meals and snacks served to children and adults.

Creating a Meal Report

For reporting purposes, visit the Meal Report choice in the Reports tab in the web portal. Here you can choose a room, student status, and a range of dates, and then export a summary report or a detailed meal report. 

  1. Log in online and click Reports

  2. Click the Meal report option under Student Reports

  3. Set your necessary filters (Room, Student Status, Date)

  4. Click Apply
