Easily view, add, and manage staff timecards from your account to ensure accurate records for payroll and ratios!
View Staff Hours
Within your Staff & Payroll page, you can click on Time tracking to access timecards and reports. By clicking further into the Time summary tab, the total hours worked within a given time period will be visible, can be filtered, and exported or printed.
💡 All staff timecards are calculated to the minute.
Filter your staff's timecards from this tab by:
Pay Period (if enabled, this is the default filter)
Month
Week
All Time
Custom
If you choose to use the Custom date range, you can only view information for 180 days at a time. If you need to do a custom date range for longer than that, we recommend using our Timecard Report instead
View overtime hours from this tab as well and configure the overtime rules within your School Settings.
As another option, you can view the same information as the Time tracking tab in the Timecard Report and Time Summary Report under the Reporting menu option.

Add a New Timecard
Adding a new time for missed clock-ins can be easily remedied!
Log in on the web
Click the Staff & Payroll section on the right-side menu
Jump to the Time tracking tab
Click the Add timecard button in the upper right corner
Choose the staff member in the 'Staff' dropdown menu
Input the Date the timecard is for
Input the Room the timecard is for
Input the staff member's Time in and Time out (the Shift total will automatically calculate)
If needed, click + Add another timecard to repeat the process for another date/time
When finished, click Create or simply press enter/return on your keyboard
Edit/Delete a Timecard
Editing or deleting a staff's timecard can be done from either the web or mobile platform. Administrators are the only ones who can make modifications to a timecard entry.
On the Web
Log in on the web
Click the Staff & Payroll section on the right-side menu
Jump to the Time tracking tab
On the All timecards tab, use the Date, Staff, and Room filters to locate the applicable timecard
💡 If Pay Periods are enabled, this will be the default Date filter but can be changed manually if needed!Once located, click Actions on the timecard row
If editing, click Edit
Adjust the Room and Time in/out as needed
Click + Add another timecard to add another time card for the same or a different day as needed
When finished, click Save
If deleting, click Delete
Click Delete again to confirm the action
