Briink is built with enterprise-grade security and data protection at its core. All customer data is processed and stored exclusively on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure located in Europe with encrypted backups maintained in separate European regions for resilience. Customer data remains confidential at all times: we do not share data with third parties, and we do not use customer data to train our AI models by default.
Customers can explicitly opt in or opt out of allowing their data to be used to improve our systems. Additionally, Briink is SOC 2 Type II compliant, demonstrating adherence to rigorous security and operational controls.
