The Technical Screening Criteria define the conditions under which an activity can be considered Taxonomy-aligned (sustainable).

They can be found in the Taxonomy Delegated Acts and in their Annexes.

As of now, only the Technical Screening Criteria for Substantial Contribution to climate change mitigation and climate change adaptation have entered into force. The Do No Significant Harm criteria have been released for all objectives, as well as the Minimum Safeguards.

The Delegated Act outlining the Technical Screening Criteria for the four remaining environmental objectives is expected to enter into force in January 2023.
